Paella Party Success!

The Saturday night paella dinner was a great success. We made all the things listed in the previous post for approximately 25 people eventhough there were only 5 of us. I don’t think the second tray of paella was even touched. The gazpacho was perfect, if a little too orange. The paella was perfect, even without seasoned chicken. The tostones were good, if a little unripened. But nobody can complain about the 14 metric tons of arroz con leche M made nor the precisely Spanish tortilla espanola. I think we should have one more before the trip in March.
