Now What?

It might have followed me home.
Update: The bike arrived today, right on time. So I’ve been looking it over more thoroughly. It has a lot of little extras the normal Dakar doesn’t have, mostly $$Touratech$$ upgrades, larger hand guards, chain protectors, automatic chain oiling pump, etc. Another nice thing about this bike is it has heated grips. Those would have come in handy at training.
Tomorrow (Sunday) I intend to take it out around sunrise. I expect the streets will be quiet then and it’ll be easy to go the 1/4 mile or so to my destinations:

The goal is to work on smooth throttle control, SLLR/cornering, and general familiarity with how the bike acts. Nothing fancy, well, maybe some wheelies. Just kidding.
