Two Great Tastes That Go Great Together?

In the kitchen this evening deciding on something for dinner it occurred to me that I like eggs. And I like peanut butter. Why not take these two great foods and combine them into one scrumptious meal. People make peanut butter fried chicken. What could possibly go wrong? So I took a large scoop of all natural peanut butter and scrambled 4 eggs, put all the ingredients in a pan and moved them around until they were done. The result looks disgusting, I must admit. I expected the peanut butter to make the eggs saltier since I don't use salt on any of the long list of complicated foods I make at home (oatmeal being near the top of the list in terms of complexity). The result is more disturbing than salty. They taste like chicken. As in the chicken breast, not the egg. It's needs something but I just can't put my finger on it... maybe barbeque sauce.

Grape Jelly + Scrambled Eggs = Green Eggs. Try it, it works! Add some ham, and, presto: Green Eggs and Ham. Actually it doesn't taste that bad. Now, PB. Yuck.

I have an uncle named Kermit (yes, that's his real name). As if his name isn't odd enough, the guy eats peanut butter and pickle sandwiches.

All the time.

Seriously.
