Panama/Central America/South America Night

Last night we gathered once again at Betz Manor for a themed dinner. This time we chose Panama, but used recipes from various South/Central American countries. We made peruvian chicken cordon bleu, potatoes, empanadas, yucca, pineapple and papaya drinks, and a dessert of plaintains soaked in rum. Later, The Witness of Azeroth introduced us to The World Of Warcraft, his home. I don't know much about it.

Wanda displays the romano cheese that will be used for the spicy-but-sweet potato glue.

Kishan blends the potato glue.

Baker kneads the dough.

Stuffing the chicken with ham, then wrapping them in bacon.

The pre-cooked result.

The plaintain, rum, honey, cinnamon dessert, next to {avert eyes} The Book.

Chain of command.

Potatoes in a bowl.

A rogue's introduction to the World. Another convert.
