India Night

Once again at Betz Manor we prepared a themed dinner. Last time it was Barcelona fare, this time Indian. It's a lot of work!

The menu consisted of samosas, chicken vindaloo, and mango ice cream. We had planned on making grilled cardamom naan but that ended up taking too long to rise.
